Davis Hughes Living was established by two Doncaster landlords who were managing their growing portfolio themselves. They found the service offered by existing agents both unsuitable and inflexible.

The brief was to create a letting agent that managed the properties as if they were their own, apply a common sense and transparent approach to all aspects of the business. Executing systems and processes only usually found in large agents meant we could still be reactive to our clients demands, while still maintaining a personal service you could only expect from a small operator.
